What exactly is a due diligence assessment?

It’s an independent, upfront review of everything that affects what you can do with a site — planning, servicing, hazards, survey and development potential — pulled together into one clear report so you can make an informed decision.

As early as possible – ideally before you commit to a purchase or during a due diligence period. The earlier we’re involved, the more options you have to design around constraints or renegotiate.

It depends on the size and complexity of the site, but most assessments take one to three weeks. If you’re working to a tight settlement or due diligence deadline, let us know and we’ll work to it.
