Our Why
Since establishment in 2014, we have rapidly expanded into a leading land development consultancy, with a team of over 90 professionals across 7 locations in Aotearoa. We have offices in Auckland CBD, Manukau, Taupō, Queenstown, Warkworth, Rotorua and Tauranga.
Our dynamic leadership team consists of Founder and Advisory Specialist Clayton McKenzie, Head Engineer James Kitchen, and Veteran Civil Engineer James Dufty. Each bringing unparalleled expertise, strong leadership, and vision to every project.
We design for the long term, to sustain economic, environmental, and community needs. We aim to develop a mindful, considered and sustainable future, that will serve communities for generations.
