A land development consultant can provide support on developing your site from concept, right through to completion. Our consultants can provide development options, costings, staging, programs and timings.

We can engage with Councils, CCO’s (Council-controlled organisations), Government departments, NGO’s (non-governmental organisations) and utility providers to gather relevant information to help you make decisions on moving forward with your project.

The purpose of a land development feasibility study is to provide a preliminary assessment of a proposed development plan or project in order to determine the likelihood of successful completion and its overall viability. This independent assessment aims to identify potential risks to the project and examine all aspects of potential legal, financial and environmental issues.

We can advise on the regulations that apply to your proposed development and any constraints that may apply to the land and can identify information that Council will likely require for consenting processes.
