We collect personal information from you, including your name and basic contact details. We collect this information to manage your health and safety when visiting our office locations.

Besides selected management and health & safety staff, we will only share this information with the Ministry of Health to comply with COVID-19 contact tracing requirements.

If you choose not to enter basic contact information, we’ll be unable to allow you into our office locations.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. Visitors Non-Disclosure and Waiver Agreement

During your visit to McKenzie & Co.’s office locations, you will learn and/or have disclosed to you proprietary or confidential information (including, without limitations, information relating to technology, trade secrets, processes, materials, equipment, drawings, specifications, prototypes and products) and may receive samples of products which not generally known to the public (hereinafter collectively called “Confidential Information”).

In consideration of McKenzie & Co.’s permission to visit their office locations & for the courtesies extended to you during your visit:

1. You agree that you will not, without McKenzie & Co.’s written permission or that of a McKenzie & Co.’s authorised representative, either;

(a) Disclose or otherwise make available to others any Confidential Information disclosed to you during this and any subsequent visit which

(i) was not known to you or your organization prior to disclosure by McKenzie & Co., or

(ii) is not now or subsequently becomes a part of the public domain because of publication or otherwise; or

(b) Use or assist others in using or further developing in any manner any confidential information.

2. You also agree to conform to any applicable safety requirements, which are brought to your attention by any employee or by signs posted in the areas that I visit while on the premises, and to observe other reasonable safety precautions.
