McKenzie & Co. provided civil engineering services to assist with the design and construction of a multi-use development: residential, hotel, retail, food & beverage outlets. The development covers five separate land titles of 1050sqm and encompasses a total land area of 5100sqm.

SCOPE:

Civil engineering design (preliminary, resource consent, and detailed level) for the project, covering earthworks, water, stormwater and wastewater connections.
Coordination with the architects, structural and geotechnical engineers on retaining and structural element coordination, into a coordinated 3D BIM model.
Preparation of scheme plan(s) for a layered/ subsidiary unit title development
Preparation of final unit title scheme plan(s) under the Unit Titles Act 2010 for the purpose of the resource consent application. Included liaising with clients solicitor and planner on ownership structure.
