The works will include level building sites, retaining walls, centralised raingardens and much more.
Management of the detailed design and delivery of the development through engineering, surveying and professional services.
As the engineer to the contract, we are responsible for the design and delivery components of s127 amendments to pre-approved resource consent conditions, Engineering Plan Approval – EPA, building consent, tendering process, construction management, and s224c, and s223 through surveying.
Careful management of staged s127 amendments to an existing land use consent in relation to bulk earthworks to create level building platforms including the retaining wall construction, the centralisation of raingarden treatment systems of impervious areas, in tandem with staged earthworks and civil construction.
