  • Preliminary coordination and design
  • Flood assessment – model, provide calculations and risk assessment report
  • Resource consent engineering to include earthworks, stormwater, wastewater layout, water connection layout
  • Engineering Plan Approval to divert public 900mm diameter stormwater pipe and 225mm public wastewater pipe.
  • Detailed design for building consent
  • Coordination and documentation of common services trench details
  • Civil construction tender specifications and plans
  • Construction monitoring for stormwater and wastewater
  • Completion documentation including EPA (Engineering Plan Approval), COA (Certificate of Acceptance), EACC (Engineering Approval Completion Certificate) and building consent code of compliance documentation
