Latitude 160 – Mount Wellington

Latitude 160 is a new 10-unit industrial development at 160 Marua Road, Mount Wellington, delivering modern, right-sized commercial space in an established location where new industrial supply has been limited for more than two decades.
McKenzie & Co provided civil engineering services for the development, supporting the project from design through to delivery. Our work included the civil design and coordination required to create functional industrial units, efficient access and servicing, and infrastructure that met the needs of the development and its future occupiers.
The units range from 112sqm to 364sqm and are designed for a mix of owner-occupiers, trade businesses and investors. With direct connections to Lunn Avenue, Sylvia Park, State Highway 1 and the Greenlane interchange, the development provides well-connected industrial space close to Auckland’s central business and commercial hubs.
