This brownfield development required surveying and civil engineering consultancy services for a 4 lot integrated subdivision development.


  • Preliminary concept work with architect.
  • Stormwater flood risk assessment.
  • Resource Consent and Engineering Plan Approval (EPA) design, wastewater and stormwater network design, stormwater neutrality design, water supply and earthworks.
  • Construction observation of works through to completion.
  • Prepare and carry out Land Transfer Survey. Pre-calculation of boundaries, field survey, pegging of new boundaries. Prepare and lodge Land Transfer with LINZ.
  • Compliance documentation. Prepare and apply for s223 certificate with Council. Compile documents and lodge for CoA, EACC and 224c compliance application.
