SCOPE

Preparation of subdivision scheme plan.
Preparation of resource consent application for lodgment with Council. Assessment of Environmental Effects (AEE) coordination and support, engagement and coordination of sub-consultants where required.
Preparation of engineering plans to accompany resource consent application and to support subsequent Engineering Plan Approval (EPA) lodgment. Scheduling and estimating.
Preparation of scope of works documents, scheduling and preparation of engineers estimate.
Tendering process.
Contract supervision and construction observation.
Compliance documentation. Survey and prepare as-built plans, prepare documents, compile all data and lodge for 224c application.
Surveying Land Transfer. Pre-calculation of boundaries, field survey, pegging of new boundaries, preparation of Land Transfer plan, obtaining 223 and lodging plan with LINZ.
