Geospatial intelligence and better development decisions

CAPABILITY SPOTLIGHT

As development projects become more complex, access to accurate and connected information is becoming just as important as technical expertise.

Good decisions rely on good data. From existing site conditions and underground services to spatial constraints, infrastructure networks, construction progress and asset information, the ability to capture, manage and interpret project data is becoming increasingly valuable.

McKenzie & Co is continuing to invest in this capability through the growth of our geospatial services, led by Gareth Mitchell, Geospatial Principal and Head of Advisory.

Gareth brings experience in geospatial strategy, digital information management, spatial technologies and data-led project workflows. His appointment strengthens our ability to integrate surveying, reality capture, utility detection, GIS, digital workflows and data visualisation into a more connected service for clients.

The objective is simple: to help clients see more clearly, understand constraints earlier, manage risk more effectively and make better-informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

This capability complements our surveying, engineering, planning and project delivery expertise, supporting a more integrated approach from project inception through to delivery.
