No Sleep at Sleepyhead

We’re excited to share that the Sleepyhead Estate project is progressing very well, even with some recent weather challenges. Our dedicated team of Scott, Andrea, Nora and Chey are working diligently and staying on track with the project plan.

Located just 45 minutes from Manukau, situated in the Waikato, this development represents a major milestone for our client and for the region. It’s more than just a construction project, it’s a transformative step forward for local industry and community growth. This impressive site is set to provide further opportunity for the wider community and Sleepyhead for years to come, and we’re proud to be part of that legacy.

While the full development is expected to span over a decade, we anticipate that some manufacturing operations have already been happening for over a year now and expected to grow. This early activation will help support production needs and bring the site to life ahead of full completion.
